Call for Papers

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit extended abstracts related to the conference topics. Author guidelines and supplemental information are available at the conference website www.thz-conference.com. All submissions will be reviewed by the program committee. Full papers of the accepted abstract submissions will be published in the conference proceedings.

Important dates:  
Submission deadline: September 19th 2011
Notification of acceptance: September 30th 2011
Camera-ready paper: October 21st 2011

Abstracts should be related to the following topics:

  • Terahertz generation and detection
  • Terahertz spectroscopy
  • Terahertz imaging and imaging detectors
  • Lasers and electronics for Terahertz setups
  • Industrial Terahertz applications

Author guidelines for extended abstracts:

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit extended abstracts related to the conference topics. The extended abstract should not exceed 1-2 pages plus an auxiliary page containing result figures and images (A4, 12pt font) and should be submitted as PDF by sending an email to abstracts@thz-conference.com until September 19th 2011.

Author guidelines for full papers (to submit after abstract acceptance):

Full papers of the accepted abstracts should have a minimum length of 4 pages and should not exceed 8 pages according to the formatting guidelines. The proceedings will be printed in gray-scale, thus graphs and pictures should be optimised for gray-scale. A sample paper can be downloaded here. Paper templates are available for TeX or Word.
